On 10th July 2019, Rotary & Rotaract Club of Kakarvitta jointly celebrated Installation Ceremony. Rotary celebrated its 10th & Rotaract celebrated 4th Installation Ceremony at the premises of Kakarvitta Water User & Sanitation Organization’s Hall. Program was honored by the gracious presence of District Governor Elect Rtn. Rajib Pokhrel as the Chief Guest, Mayor  Rtn. Bimal Acharya, Deputy Mayor Mrs. Mina Pokhrel Uperty of Mechinagar Municipality, Assistant Governor Rtn. Kumar Giri & Zonal Rotaracrt Representative Rtr. Heniz Das as Special Guest. Both the Presidents Rtn. Mohan Niroula, President of Rotary Club of Kakarvitta & Rtr. Bimarsh Shrestha, President of Rotaract Club of Kakarvitta,  were handed over Charter Certificate, Gavel & Gong by the Immediate past presidents Rtn. Ashok Kumar Shrestha & Rtr. Robin Subedi. Both the Immediate past presidents Rtn. Ashok Kumar Shrestha & Rtr. Robin Subedi, presented their activities report of their tenure where Presidents Rtn. Mohan Niroula & Rtr. Bimarsh Shrestha presented their vision for the coming year. On 5th July 2019, Rotary Club of Kakarvitta conducted it\’s 1st Club Assembly under the chairmanship of the Club\’s President Rtn. Mohan Niroula & on the presence of Assistant Governor Rtn. Kumar Giri. On the assembly, President Rtn. Mohan Niroula introduced his board members for the Rota Year 2019-20 & the Chairman of the respective committees presented their plans for the year. Chief Guest Rtn. Kumar Giri appreciated the presentation & the plans of all the Chairpersons & promised to help the club himself & also via RI District 3292 on any need. Membership Chair, Rtn. Medani Prasad Kharel introduced 3 New members to the club Mr. Dipendra Raj Pandey, Mr. Jiwan Silwal & the Charter President of the Rotaract Club of Kakarvitta Rtr. Pema Tamang. On 10th August 2017, Rotary & Rotaract Club of inaugurated the Secretariat Office. Assistant Governor Rtn. Kumar Giri inaugurated the office by cutting the ribbons. On the official program, AG Rtn. Kumar Giri said that Rotary & Rotaract Club of Kakarvitta is the 1st club to have its own Secretariat Office among the clubs in the zone. He added why is this office so important to the club to function all its task in a smooth way. On 22nd May 2017, Rotary Club of Kakarvitta handover a computer to Shree Mechi Adharbhut Vidyalaya. On the official program, Past President Rtn. Dilip Subedi explained about the Rotary activities, Principal of the School Mr. Bharat Dahal kept his gratitude towards the club for the gift. President Rtn.
