On 10th August 2017, Rotary & Rotaract Club of inaugurated the Secretariat Office. Assistant Governor Rtn. Kumar Giri inaugurated the office by cutting the ribbons. On the official program, AG Rtn. Kumar Giri said that Rotary & Rotaract Club of Kakarvitta is the 1st club to have its own Secretariat Office among the clubs in the zone.
